Under RESOLUTION

Service pack information

To resolve this problem, install Windows XP Service Pack 3

I'm afraid to say / tell MS, that SP3 doesnt install this update / and none
of the files that are listed on the above site, get installed with XP SP3.

So, what if you want to install this update??

Besides doing it manually?? Since it wont install in SP3.

Where it used to go in SP2.

If you click on Install under LAN Properties, it doesnt appear there either.

Guess you and MS were wrong then

You have to install it when SP2 is installed then
install SP3. If you want it.

Otherwise, you can / you'll have to do it manually.
