Bookmarks Gone/Unable to Restore

Hello,
I re-started my computer and all my bookmarks have disappeared. I tried to use the restore
are in the bookmarkbackups folder, but how do I restore them? Thanks very much.

Hi ,
I want to know if this is the right way to work on system restore.
First I go to control panel
From there I chose System option.
Then I go to system restore and uncheck the turn off system
