I havent entered a team nor will i be so I suppose it's not for me to give you permission or not but I don't think it matters that you're a new member.
I'm sure you can enter a team & you'll be welcomed...

You got to log in here:
http://en.uclfantasy.uefa.com/M/home.mc
Then u go to transfers and pick your squad,you have 100 points and you can not pick more than 2 players from the same team.
After that go to My team and pick the system you prefer,4-4-2,5-3-2,4-3-3 by ading the players you want depending on the system you like.(3 forwards,or 5 midfielders or 5 defenders).Pick a captain(double points).For the end pick the order of your substitutions.
Hints:1)Try to pick players from big teams in easier groups.
2)Dont let emotions cloud your judgment(clasic personal mistake by me)
3)Best of luck.
