placing a picture over my main picture... ?!

Ive got a graphic i would like to place over my main picture... how do i go about placing it there so that when the browser window is resized...

The graphic stays over my main picture? (in other words, when i resize the browser window, the new picture does not stay over the main picture, although it stays relative to the size of the browser window!) ...

And no, i do not want to change my main picture...

That is not what i am trying todo!

Put it in a floating div, positioned relatively upward, with the code at the top of your interests box....
