This is gonna be interesting though, the guy hasnt coached in forever.
Im still kinda shocked that he chose tampa to coach.

What's really funny is that Melrose isn't much of a coach anyway and probably won't last the season.Last time he "coached",Gretzky was actually the guy running the team and Barry just stood there looking stupid with his mullet.That's why Gretz is singing his praises.He'll probably be back on ESPN by the play-offs.Not that ESPN has any real hockey coverage,of course.I guess time will tell but I think Melrose is too much removed from the modern game.This years finals showed that coaching is more than just sending out your stars again and again and hoping their talent will win.
