Core 2 Duo 1.6 GHz vs Core Duo 2.0 GHz Which one should perform better?

Are they relatively equal or one is better than the other?

I would say 2.0 GHz one

I did'nt see any speed diff but on Core 2 Duo u can run multiple apps without slowin it down.

Core 2 Duo is the latest one also.

Remember back when there was Pentium 4 Processor Notebooks 2.8-3.2 GHz and then Pentium-M came along with 1.4-1.8Ghz, the numbers were smaller but speed was aprox.

Core2duo is 30%(intel info) faster than core duo so i prefer core2duo!!!
