NZMAS :: View topic - Freaky!
My sister and i are bumming around at work and found something really freaky on the classic hits website.
The classic hits website is www.classichits.co.nz , then you go to "whats playing now" on the right hand side.
About half way down the page is a picture of a woman spinning around.
Sounds innocent enough.
BUT we can see her spinning in different directions on different legs at the same time!!
It's suppoed to be an intellegence test.
If you can make her spin both ways you have a high IQ.
I was sure it was some kind of hoax, so I called my sister over (she's blonde) and got her to tell me which way round it was spinning, to see if I could fool her.
What we found though, was that we can be staring at the woman at the same time and see her going in the completely opposite directions and even on different legs.
I want to know if other people can see this too, or whether we really are bonkers (it is possible )
Or maybe we are being duped, and can't figure out how...?

It's a test to see which side of your brain is more dominant
1 side relates to logical thinking *usually better at math etc*.
The other-side is more creative and abstract thinking *art*.
In a nutshell

 |
Its quite easy to swap directions.just place your hand so you cant see her top half,so you only see from her thighs down and then imagine her turning the other way and bingo.
.Blink be fore her legs cross over and you can make her change directions easy.Practice grasshopper.

I guess my IQ of 60 can only see the clockwise motion, and that's probably because they told me it was going clockwise

Clearly i only have an IQ of 1 i can even find the "whats playing now" link...

I can't see her spinning any direction other than clockwise.
Oh and, man that thing's really making the rounds lately, this is the 5th messageboard I've seen it on.

sounds more like you're doing the rounds ira

Well, I am very glad that its not just me!
I can't control it at all, nothing I do works.
It just swings round as it wants.
Sometimes going clockwise, sometimes going anti-clockwise.
Sometimes swing back and forth.
And I have seen her change legs a number of times.
Would still be interested to know how your mind can make a picture on a computer screen spin around in different directions.
It's pretty cool.
I could watch it for hours....

Being a dancer.. She is always going left if you look at her sholders..
Or She will fall over....
Her center is placed more left because of the dipped sholder and she never changes that even when the legs change...
But then again she could be a smarty pants and be siting in her right hip meaning that her center is infact in the center and not over on the left meaning she could go both ways..
