PC Pro: Interactive: Forums: Comments: Fake Facebook profile leads to £22,000 court judgement
The High Court has awarded £22,000 to the subject of a fake and rather unflattering Facebook profile.

Odd, if he knew who had made it & when why did he not just ask them to take it down?
Some friends he has, I must say
Still - all good for Facebook "Sign up and Make your profile - before someone else does!"

I thought they had him working in the Factory at St James Gate?

I know what you mean but let's be honest, 'old school friend' usually means 'someone you talked to at school to alleviate the boredom'.
Or 'I was in the same class as him/her'
I ordered our groceries from Tesco a while back and the delivery was made by an 'old school friend', which is to say I vaguely knew him from school.
Now it's a Sunday and I'm wearing 'a t-shirt off the net', haven't shaved in three days, and I'm standing there having to explain that I still drink a lot of Coke just because I vaguely know this bloke.
That and the fact he'd lugged it all to the front door...
'Old school friend' is a bit of a general term
Good on the guy getting money out of it I have to say
