Hall of Fame or not?

There is a similar post , but it asks for a lot of players that are still active, so what can be now?

They may have an horrible prime or suddenly become a lot better. So im making a thread for Already retired and Eligible Players or soon to be eligible: I would recommend that only peope who has seen them play or at least have read of them post, because some of the names will be totally unknown for younger people, so they wont know how to rate them. And remeber that there are tons of B rate players in the hall just because they belonged to a wining team like 60s celtics. Alvan Adams : Junior Bridgeman: Jamaal Wilkes: World B Free: Adrian Dantley: Otis Birdsong: Walter Davis: Bernard King: Jack Sikma: Cedric Maxwell: Norm Nixon: Reggie Theus: Mo Cheeks: Bill Lambieer: Vinnie Johnson: Sidney Moncrief: Bill Cartwright: Kiki Vandeweghe: Mark Aguirre: Buck WIlliams: Tom Chambers: Rolando Blackman: Eddie Johnson: Larry Nance: Terry Cummings: Rickey Pierce: Byron Scott: John Stockton: Alvin Robertson: Michael Jordan: Detlef Schrempf : Chris Mullin: Xavier Mcdaniel: Wayman Tisdale: Charles Oakley: Karl Malone: Ac Green: Arvydas Sabonis (Fiba career counts too): Brad Daugherty: Mark Price: Dennis Rodman: Horace Grant: Reggie Miller: Kevin Johnson: David Robinson: Reggie Lewis: Muggsy Bogues: Steve Kerr: Rik Smits: Shawn Kemp: Tony Kukoc: Larry Johnson: Robert Horry: Chris Webber: Afernee Hardaway: Jamaal Mashburn: Alan Houston: Latrell Spreewell: Glen Robinson: By the Way do you Know that Michael Phelps was drafted?
