Honestly i really have no clue on whether or not it was made by the elves...
It does have ryle as a member,, but still i really don't know seems pretty legitimate to me.

No, it isn't bogus.
Ryle contacted me some time about the site, not long after SPv2 was launched.
He asked me not to announce it to the public yet though.
I've been waiting for the go-ahead to do so, but it hasn't come yet.
The forum seems to be down for now?
Anyway, I assume Josh/Ryle are just too busy and got caught up with other things.
When we get the go-ahead from them, I'll be transfering a bunch of pages from SP over to there, but I was going to wait until the site goes public.
